My Mailbox Monday, Feb 11
Well. Still digging out from the snowpocalypse but we've got power and hadn't lost it, so despite the drifts, we're winning, I think! And happily, a glut of books arrived earlier in the week meaning I still have a meaty Mailbox Monday for this week. (And plenty to read while staying in!) Click on the image to learn more about a book; link should open in a new tab/window.

Won thanks to Wonders & Marvels -- especially excited as this book was listed as a reference for Maryka Biaggio's Parlor Games, which I just loved.

I'm glad to see you never lost power. You got a lot of interesting looking books - most of them are new to me. Stay warm and enjoy your books!
ReplyDeleteHi Audra,
ReplyDeleteWow! what a great mailbox this week, the postman obviously managed to fight off the adverse weather conditions, to beat a path to your door!!
The only one of your authors I am familiar with this week, is Erin Kelly, so this book is going straight to the top of my wishlist.
So many of the other books sound fantastic, however I have to be good and just select one or two to add to my toppling TBR pile!
I quite like the sound of 'Seduction' by M.J. Rose and 'The Specimen' by Martha Lea.
Thanks for hosting and for publishing such an interesting post.
Nice to meet you, Yvonne
Your Mailbox Monday posts always add things to my TBR. The Darkling and On the Rocks caught my eye in particular. It's nice to see the Philippa Carr books being revived as ebooks.
ReplyDeleteI received Seduction and Sorry, I Barfed on Your Bed this week as well :P Can't wait to dig in!!
ReplyDeleteEnjoy your stack of books! I'm glad you got your copy of On the Rocks -- doesn't it sound great?
ReplyDeleteI'll say you have plenty to read! I'm glad you didn't lose power on top of getting all the snow. Enjoy your new books!
ReplyDeleteIt looks like you have a nice variety of books. I hope you enjoy them.
ReplyDeleteWow, great mailbox! Happy reading.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great stack this week! I got Seduction recently as well, I'm hoping to pick it up soon!
ReplyDeleteWow - lots of good books. I have Jack Absolute too.
ReplyDeleteHappy reading!
So many catchy titles in your mailbox! I also have Jack Absolute and I'm looking forward to reading it. Enjoy your reading week.
ReplyDeleteGlad you have lots of books to read during the snowpocalypse. I have a copy of The Dark Heroine and I hear it's pretty good. Enjoy all your new reads!
ReplyDeleteThat is one groaning mailbox! Enjoy your reading this week.
ReplyDeleteThe Specimen sounds intriguing - I look forward to hearing what you think of it. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteWe never lost power either; fun being house bound for the weekend. Enjoy your new books. I especially love the cover of the very first one.
ReplyDeleteGood to hear some of you didn't lose power.
ReplyDeleteNice Mailbox....they all look so good. And....love the covers!!!
ENJOY!!

My Mailbox Monday
I hope you enjoy your books! Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteErin Kelly's book looks so good as do the YA fantasy novels! Hope you enjoy them all.
ReplyDeleteThese posts of yours are visual delights, your books are always so beautiful. Loving the cover of The Hermit in the Garden, especially, and I have A Rip In The Veil, too. Hoping I can get to it before reviewing the other book.
ReplyDeleteI am curious about: A Rip in the Thin Veil, The Darkling (holy cow, that cover is creepy), Emilie and The Hollow World, and the The Ashford Affair. Good luck with The Dark Heroine, because I've heard it's another Twilight-inspired vampire book.

ReplyDeleteWow, now that's a full mailbox!
ReplyDeleteYou had great books this week. I've never read Philippa Carr's books but that's Jean Plaidy's pen name isn't it? Riddle in Stone sounds very interesting.
ReplyDeleteHappy reading!
We have a few books in common. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteThey all look good, especially the Philippa Carr ones. Happy reading :)
