The Queen's Lover giveaway!

Last year I read and loved The Queen's Lover by Francine du Plessix Gray.

This novel of Marie Antoinette's lover, Axel von Fersen, captivated me from the first page (turns out he was more than a nobleman with a pretty face!).

The publisher contacted me about offering a giveaway for the newly released paperback!

I'm thrilled to offer a paperback copy of The Queen's Lover to three (3) lucky readers!

To enter, fill out this brief form. Open to US readers only (sorry!), ends 7/26.

  1. Fantastic! I'm in :) It's been a long while since I read a good tale about these people/time period. This one sounds great.

    1. This one was quite engrossing -- I def want to do a reread!

  2. I'm not as up to snuff on Marie Antoinette as I am some of the other monarchs of her you think that's important before reading this book?

    1. I don't think so -- in some ways, you'll have less preconceived notions! (I'm very fond of her and I think she gets a raw deal!) And this book is about the man behind the myth, so to speak, so really it's about him and his adventures -- which were fascinating!

  3. Audra, I'd love to read this book. I also attended the HNS Writer's Conference in St. Petersburg last month. Fantastic!

  4. This sounds like a good one. Love the cover! Thanks for the chance!
