Weekend reads, hopefully just reading!

This weekend I'll be starting Crystal King's The Chef's Secret. Her debut, Feast of Sorrow, made my top 10 of 2017 and I'm so excited for this one.

I'm hoping I'll have a very readerly weekend; my wife will likely be at the farm all weekend doing maple sugaring as well as caring for the new lambs and piglets.

What are you reading this weekend?

  1. I hope The Chef's Secret exceeds your expectations.

  2. I hope you had a wonderful reading weekend! I didn't get to do as much reading as maybe I'd have liked, but I had a terrific amount of family time and that was lovely. I'm rereading this epistolary historical fiction with a dash of magic novel called Freedom and Necessity, and it's been very pleasing so far.
